In honor of our GAPABA Past President Hemanth Digumarthi (Past President 2015), the GAPABA Law Foundation established a scholarship in his name to provide a source of funding for law students who accept summer internships with organizations that advance public interest causes, including pro bono legal clinics, non-profit organizations, state and federal agencies, and judicial clerkships.

The Digumarthi Scholarship provides a source of funding for LAW STUDENTS who accept unpaid summer internships with organizations that advance public interest causes including pro bono legal clinics, non-profit organizations, state and federal agencies, and judicial clerkships. Applicants may be contacted for a brief interview if necessary. The maximum amount of funding for each Digumarthi Scholarship is $5,000.
