It's BACK! Join our high-energy Adult Bollywood & K-Pop Dance Class! Thanks to your helpful feedback, the Wellness Committee is excited to share that we’ve moved the event to a more central location to make it easier for everyone to join!The first hour is packed with fun choreography to get you moving. Stay for the second hour to mix & mingle with light snacks.
Dancing boosts cardiovascular health, improves balance, strengthens muscles, and enhances flexibility. It also supports mental and emotional well-being by reducing stress, elevating mood and fostering social connection.
