PA&TC, in partnership with Lumio and with sponsorship from Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, presents Market-Anchored Positioning: Growing Your Practice by Solving the Right Client Problems. The workshop will run from 5:00–6:30 PM, followed by a post-workshop reception from 6:30–7:00 PM featuring food and drinks.

Session description

We know that building a book of business can be daunting. We know that law is still largely a relationship business. But in the fiercely competitive market for legal services, how do lawyers focus their scarce time and attention on approaching clients with what matters to them?

This workshop is not about sales techniques. We focus instead on how you position your value in a way that matches client needs.  Instead of pushing what you and your firm do onto a crowded market from the inside out, you'll learn how to anchor your positioning in the trends that are important to your clients. Move past generic differentiation to align your expertise with where the market is actually moving, so you can optimize your time and deliver your highest value for the matters that really matter.

Who this is for

Law firm partners seeking to stand out in how they grow their book, as well as counsel and senior associates (sixth year and up) who are actively building and executing their business plans.

This session is led by Ed Sohn, Co-Founder of Lumio.  Lumio is trusted by legal industry leaders for executive advisory, consulting, and AI products that accelerate partner-led growth.
